Can I suggest a different profile/printer?

I printed out two huge shots at A2 at the weekend, and in quite a few profiles my warnings took up about 40% of my image - I was not best pleased.

I found another printer - downloaded their profile and not a single warning, adjuted the images as they were washed out and they have printed perfectly.

I have one of them in a challenge so I can't explain the image.

Actually that's probably what I'm going to do with this shot. I'm using the Ezprints profiles (the backend for dpcPrints actually)

I had wanted to print the image on glossy paper, but that is the one that doesn't have the range for the colours. A matte finish will allow me to get the saturation that is needed. I was more generally interested in approaches for dealing with problematic colours. That Photoshop MasterClass book covers a lot of good ways to approach this which should be useful for other, similarly problematic images.
