I can't wait to see the winners in this one. Is frustrating sometimes that you can't discuss in forums about the pictures you consider to be worthed of a ribbon. I don't say it isn't a good rule, but it is frustrating. I keep staring at the time here... 5 minutes left, 4... 3...

now that its over, what do you think of the results?
My shot didnt do that well or that bad, IMO. I am pleased that my score has gotten (incrementally) better than my last shots and I faired better than in any other challenge. Small victories are good for me. Aiming for a score of at least 5 for the Book title challenge! Good luck to me!

Great winning shots, as always :)

I got my second highest score, and did just beat the 6.0000, the earlier rant worked ;)

My highest place yet in % terms, so I am delighted :)

This definetely was my highest scored shot yet, not quite over the 5 mark yet, but close. Yeah, me too, I am definetely delighted by the small victories as well. I am really pusin' for a 5 this time, oh that would be great. Also what's great is the fact that during the last day I saw my score steadily rise, it was so cool! It is so weird how big of a jump my pictures get at the end, almost as if they gave me a little boost and cut out the really bad scores or something. Wow, I just checked my first results for this current challenge and already 9 people have voted. Usually by this time I am already in the 3 catergories, but this time, wow, I am barely under ther five mark, hope this starts a trend for me. Good luck everyone, the pictures are extremely nice in this particular competition, I dished out several really high scores. Very well done!

I was so sure about the blue ribbon.... But I am sure that everybody was. I had to go through all the pictures again to see how they've done. Mine wasn't good this time but at least I have learned some things from my mistakes. I hope the Book Titles will do better.

Congratulations to the winners!! But there are a lot of other wonderful photos there and they all deserve congratulations. I am sure sorry that I didn't let more comments. At least on the ones I liked. But I was so busy with looking for a subject for the next challenge... But anyway... the idea always come in the last day. Next time I won't even bother to think before Tuesday morning. :)

I'm really happy with my score, second highest I've had so far. but... (There's always a but)

When are people going to stop giving out 1's and 2's for, IMO a good picture. I don't think mine merits a 1 or a 2 at all...

I find these results confusing - for the life of me can't see anything special about the winner - no offence Eddy, though I'm sure that ribbon would override any. Not special enough to be scoring above the others though.

I was very pleased with the challenge. For once I was correct in predicting the score I was going to receive. That's a feat in itself. I knew I had a good photo but that it was going to get marked down for not meeting the challenge, so I was just pleased to be right for once.

The scores for my pic were all over the place.
With 14 tens, I still only placed in the 40's!
This was also one of the first challenges that I did not pick any of the top three.
I guess everyone had very different opinions for this one.
