I have an MP3 CD player. I want to make some MP3 CDs to play in it. It's simple enough to use my Nero Express software to create these CDs, but I'm having a problem sequencing the files on the disc the way I want them. I'm using MP3 files from my iTunes folders, and iTunes categorizes them by making file names start with the track numbers. When I create a collection of varied music that I want to burn to a CD, the Nero Express software sorts them by filename.
Is it possible for me to turn that feature off and sort the files in the order I want them to play? I can't find a way to do it... I know I can rename the files to sequence them properly, but I'm looking for a faster way...

Nero treats them like a data CD. There's no way to override it without renaming. |

Is there another program out there that will work?

Musicmatch has a feature to change the order but it's been awhile since I've used it so I don't remember exactly how it worked. MP3BR Imager can do what you want by creating an ISO first. As far as I know it's no longer developed so there won't be any support and the link is to a demo. |

Why not just burn them with iTunes? I've made dozens of MP3 CDs with iTunes. You have complete control over the order of tracks. |
