Tonight I've been listening to some new and older stuff from Coldplay and had a hard time not crying. His voice, the melancholic sound of the guitars, it touches me and makes me feel like I wanna sit on my bed, close my eyes, let my tears go and listen to them forever.
I'm tired, and music can do that to me.. |

Try The Stranglers! Coldplay leave me feeling suicidal. |

Music changes everything for me.
Coldplay are my favourite band, followed, possibly equalled by only Radiohead. Alot of people don't like 'sad' music, but i love these guys.
*Edit* Fix you, The scientist, Politik, What if, yellow, trouble, rush of blood, etc, etc, etc, oh man.
/Goes off for a coldplay marathon.

I love my music too. I'm listening to the Beatles new CD "Love", right now. Turned up loud. It takes you somewhere else. If you haven't heard it yet, go buy it, crank it up, shut your eyes & enjoy. |

Or sit in a peaceful, dimly/dark room, put on a soundtrack to a great movie, take it all in and "see" the moments in the movie that had emotional impact, and then break out the Kleenex. Sweet November is one such soundtrack / movie.

Get the originals, The Beatles hold a special place for me. From Sgt Peppers onwards, must be one of the best albums ever, but Let It Be is okay as well. Too many tracks to pick a fav, give me The Beatles anytime over The Rolling Stones. |

I've got the originals, love em all! I think personally I like the White Album the best. But this new one is good. Have you heard it? |

Yep, it is a party album. The White Album is kewl, but I can't choose any. I don't like the early stuff. Help and those were poppie! I like more meat in my music. Fav song of all time is I am the Walrus! |

Paris Hilton debut album. That brings tears to my eyes, just like getting a kick in the pills.

if you are a coldplay fan, you need to check out some of their songs that aren't on the main albums. my favorites are "help is round the corner" and "no more keeping my feet on the ground" from the UK "yellow" single, "crests of waves" and acoustic (piano solo) version of "yellow" from the australia "clocks" single. amazing... |
