Here's one from the DOF challenge. Scored 5.4 with only three comments. I'd really appreciate your thoughts,

My intent here oviously was to separate the antlers using the DOF but also to frame it with the lines of the fence and trees on the top. The fence post and antlers are a bit low contrast and lacking in color so overall the picture is a bit boring (after looking at it too may times.)

This one is not from the last week by far. But, I don't understand why it got a 5.0

MANY people have gone ON and ON about how much they love it in personal messages ... It has been posted MANY MANY times on "the person above you" thread ... it has great comments.

I, personally, thought it was very unique and was proud of it.

I am not crushed by the low voting, but, wonder why this shot could not garner a 6.

I would very much appreciate your thoughts on this image.
