I get a lot of PMs from DPCers asking questions or whatever and I love that and I try to take my time and answer every one (though some occasionally slip through). Anyway, sometimes I get the same kind of question again and again, like what kind of light set-up I've used or what was the link for blah blah - whatever... and I would love to save time by copy/pasting the info from a previous PM.
Is there a way we can have a "sent items" link? I'm assuming that info is on the server anyway. Or how about an option on the PM page to "send me an email copy of this message". That would work!

I think there is an option to send yourself a copy of the PM's you send. There should be a check box at the bottom. Is that what you're talking about? Then you can just save them in your own Outlook folders.

Actually, you can have a copy sent to you... to the bottom left of the text box is a checkbox titled "Send me a copy of this message." Check it and you'll get the same message that the recipient gets :-) |

Since several people solved that in under 3 minutes, can we attack world hunger now? ;) It's more difficult, so take a full 10 minutes.

or you could simply collect your responses into a FAQ and put them on your website, then point all your inquirers to your FAQ ;-) |
