We pick the time, you take the picture!
Take a picture at 3:14 on
Images will be DQ'ed if not taken between 3:12 and 3:16 by the in camera EXIF data.
Suppose there isn't much to stop someone changing the camera time to cheat.

I'm wondering what kind of pictures that would yield.
Would Canon Beach look cool at the chosen time. Could Manny snap one of his students where the time frame is irrelevant?
Sounds interesting but I think there needs to be another set of criteria that levels the field. Not sure what, though. |

And would the time be based on server time or on local time?
