Day 13: Takin the Locust Tree DOWN!!!
 
This was almost a choice of entries for street photography, but the day was too bleak, and if you ain't country folk, you don't get topping an old dead tree as a snap-freeze in the true street photography genre. So this is just a little piece of what went on in my day today.
In the second photo, that top piece is AIRBORNE!!!!!

I took my camera to work when it what a nice clear day. On the way home it was cloudy and cold so I am using a picture of the city from 2005. I like the picture but it does have its flaws. |

(I'm blaming my slow start on the deep freeze since February began - minus 10 in the mornings last week and the curtains frozen to the living room windows till yesterday.) |

As I said yesterday, because of this challenge I've become inspired by the industrial area around me - an area that until now I've basically ignored - SO GLAD I've found it.
Hope you're not tired of these types of shots.

We lost power last nite and i woke up to a cold house and no internet. Just got it back. But that means i am late so no time to take shots on the way to work this morning plus its raining and cold out so i am posting another shot i took Sat.
I thought the little one room school would show how far we have progressed when compared to Chaimelle's schoole shot a couple days back.
Sorry that i am behind in commenting i will try and catch up later in the week. i am really enjoying seeing where everyone lives and reading all the comments
