I have loved this woman's post processing for a while, and for just as long, I have been trying to figure out what it is she does and how I can achieve the same effect but I can't. I am refering to the muted tones in most of her images. Manic says that it looks like she desaturates the images, specially the red and yellow channels but I am not sure. Anyone care to take a stab at it? If you have achived the same results, do you mind sharing? TIA!

According to her FAQ she uses custom saturation/contrast/white balance in camera. And she uses her own actions and those of Kevin Kubota.
She has a varied style on the website, though. Do you mean the ones with the 'muted' skintones?

Definately some nice work. She's got some wonderful wedding photos in there. Cheers for pointing her site out!

Yes, muted skintones but they also have muted colors in general.
