Are you wanting to purchase equipment Lisa? I think from memory the only camera shops are kioks that print photos and where you can buy film etc.

If you want anything more fancy than this you will need to go up to either Kent Street or Castlereagh Street

Tomorrow is the Sydney get together, and I am all packed and ready to go. Keith is picking me up, at 5.15am, to go for an early sunrise shoot of the "Opera House". We then go for coffee//breaky, before meeting everyone at Darling Harbour, for our special DPC Sydney Day Cet Together.......

All taken with Mikes 70-200 what a beast, my back still aches, and I wasnt carrying anything on it :)

That lense is sharp as a tack. Only the last bird got some sharpening treatment :)

Heres another sunrise that surprised me after playing with it in PP...

Pimped up the selective colour red and shadows and highlights really helped....

AWESOME ... EXCELLENT ... WOW ... AMAZING ... BRILLIANT ... CRASH HOT ... I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT .....

edit ... few minutes later after i'd looked at image again i've decided to tell you why i love it ...
for starters i love the composition ... then of course there's those amazing colours ... that beautiful green on the horizon is my favourite bit of colour .. totally sick!!.. i also love the way the colours of the stones on the lhs of pic balance very nicely with the clouds ... the black silhouette of 'headland' jutting out into the sea on the rhs of pic really balances the image nicely ...

if i'd taken this photograph i'd be ecstatic!! ... in fact i'd've put it in the free study and would've got my first blue ribbon !!
