I'm trying to get a silhouette shot done. I can't quite figure it out. My setup consists of a white sheet, Me standing behind it with 2 strobes. I've tried various angles for the strobes, but can't quite get the silhouette to come out.

Any suggestions?

Suggestion number 1 - use just one strobe, with yourself positioned between the strobe and the spot on the sheet that your camera is aimed at.

Suggestion number 2 - use both strobes, but move to the other side of the sheet so that you are between the sheet and the camera. Leave the strobes on the other side of the sheet.

You may want to try standing in front of the sheet with the strobes behind it... This shot was shot in that manner and although it's not a true silhouette... it wouldn't take much tweaking to make it one.

ETA: Too slow
