Tamron SP AF 28-75mm f/2.8 XR Di for Canon

FedEx arrived today. After almost two years of drooling, she's mine. A brand-spankin'-new Canon 30D! I made the jump, and couldn't be happier! There's just something about that black finish that beats out the silver, and then that HUGE LCD on the back, and 1/3 stop ISO adjustments...yeah :-D

I haven't stopped grinning yet. Work tomorrow is going to be painful beyond belife - but as soon as I'm home, I'm going shooting!

Just wanted to share my excitement with everyone!

Anyone have any tips for the transition?

I'll be sure to post pics tomorrow night. I've shot some of my room tonight, just to hear the shutter sounds, but no one really wants to see that, so I'll hold of until I have a real picture.
