Isn't it me who gets to decide that? ;) I still don't have my video or recipe or anything like that...

OK, here's what I'm making for supper (it's my husband's birthday, and he wanted salmon):

BARBECUED SALMON WITH BLUEBERRY SALSA

4 salmon steaks, but I'm going to broil them instead of barbecueing them, because the BBQ is covered with about a metre of snow.---

BLUEBERRY SALSA
Combine just before serving
1/2 large pink grapefruit (sectioned with membrane removed), diced.
2 Tbsp red onion, finely chopped
1 chopped jalapeno pepper
1 tsp honey
1 Tbsp lime juice
1 cup blueberries (this time of year I use frozen blueberries, thawed)
2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

---

Broil salmon, spoon salsa over it, and there it is.

I'm thinking about making a cheesecake too (he likes cheesecake), but it's a lot of work, and I'm sort of allergic to that.

I'm much lazier with salmon, though the blueberry salsa sounds great.

I just get it skinned, squeeze over a bit of olive oil, add a few slices of lemon and some capers, bit of sea salt and fresh ground black pepper, then wrap it in prosciutto and bung it in a hot oven for 15-20 minutes, depending on how thick the fillet is.

Often have it with some steamed asparagus or stir-fried baby bok-choy and mushrooms.

The blueberry salsa sounds delicious. I hate asparagus though, and mushrooms are nearly as disgusting. Could someone please lock this thread now? Gordon, you ruined it. ;)

mmmmmmm Salmon mmmmmm

Odd thing about the airbrush - if using the brush, flow% can be adjusted to have a similar effect.
Hold down the mouse button and it flows more the longer the button is held down.

I'll keep the haggis recipes for another 3 weeks then, just to be on the safe side.

Ah! Capers...pile them on. I love capers. Non-pereil capers--yummy! I could eat them in a bowl like cereal!

Maybe there should be a "Caper" challenge? :-)

eeeewwwwwww Haggis ewwwwwwwwww

Do you mean that you use the flow % instead of the airbrush or in conjunction with it? I'm not sure I get what you're saying.
