Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to represent visually the concept of dearth, or surfeit. In honor of  Bear_Musics word of the day. ;)
I've diligently searched the entire Challenge Suggestion forum and found no reference to these words. ;)

Could I also suggest
shuggle or kerfuffle as other potential challenge topics, both words I've used or seen used today.
ilk would be another fine topic. Maybe consider stramash alongside kerfuffle.

shuggle - to shake something
kerfuffle - a disturbance
stramash - much the same as a kerfuffle, but with a bit more violence
ilk - a group of similar things, mostly people
