I've had a couple of requests for signed prints.

Rather than the embedded copyright and name.

What do you use? Sharpie? Pencil (doesn't do well on glossy)

I signed a couple awhile back with a marker and now it's leaching out from the signature, (brown creeping out from the black)

A Sharpie works well in a lot of cases, but I like to use the DecoColor Opaque Paint Marker. Silver and Gold colored ones work well most of the time. Try the extra fine point. You can get these at AC Moore and at Michaels for about $2.50 each.

I like those too but I have also use the wet pen technique. Works really well on the traditional 35mm and it isn't to bad on digital either. with a damp sponge you make a wet spot on the print and then take an old pen that doesn't write or a quill tip and sign it. Have to let it lay for a while to dry so you don't smear the inks but it leaves a white signature without the expense of the white pen.
