For each pic throw out the first 20 votes. Stops a lot of the "troll" voting, cherry picking and friends voting too.

| I think it would work better if the lowest X-number of votes were thrown out, rather than the first X-number. |

| There's a reason that it's an average... as long as there are enough people voting, the average outweighs any odd peaks. |

This is, by far, the best solution to troll voting. We also need to decide what score each photo should get... I think it would be easy enough to code the system to give every photo an average score of 10.0000. Then we wouldn't even be troubled with the voting process.
