You know those ones that print your photos on equally sized sheets and bind them in a hardcover book?
Whats your opinion of them?
I am wondering about making one up for the photos from my bro's event.

I've used MyPublisher and was happy with the quality.

Are the LuLu books hardcover? From the info I saw on their site the books didnt look that appealing to me.

Good question. I think they can do hard AND softcover, but I'm not certain right now.

As for Asuka, you have to certify to them that you are a PROFESSIONAL. I like their products, but I'll never use them since I'll never pass their screening.

In Australia an Adelaide based company makes them.

Digital Davinci

They even have software to integrate into iPhoto on macs so you can order it.

Their screening was easy to pass, I had no problems at all and my full time job is not photography.

I've seen samples from the Australian one, Digital Davinci, And blacks were fine. (No oily looking reflections or anything). Most of the books they make are with a black image background. The thick softcovers look great.
