Tennessee Skies

Many people have asked if I took this from a plane. No, it was taken while hanging out the passenger window of my truck. A few more sky pictures can be seen in my portfolio.

- colors enhanced, but the cloud formation is the focus.

- colors not enhanced, but not from Colorado instead is where I was born.

- good all around example of a nice Colorado sunset spectrum.

LOL nah! But because of what is known as coastal return, I can often get cool cloud cover almost any afternoon, especially in the warmer months.

This is the local reservoir, around 3 miles from me. It has not been photographed much by me, but I find myself going back more and more frequently. Can't wait till snow and ice is in the scene.

most of the time the sky here is dull or clear. boring.

Our skies are very unpredictable. I know that I might wake to bear skies, but the clouds will cover the sky completely by 11am and then not even one cloud by sunset...or it can be the complete opposite. Full blown storms in the morning...and bare skies by afternoon. But here are some of my skies anyhow.
