Here are the small ones. I'm gonna need some assistance with the forum code to link them to the cards.

Looks perfect Giorgio...

Can you make one with all the pictures in one to add to our signatures?
That would be great :)

The problem is that these little thumbnails should be links to our trade cards(the bigger ones). At least this is what I noticed at the other teams.

Like so:

Just quote this post, and copy the line above. It must be on one line in your signature (no linebreakes).

George - I don't know if you can edit your profile images, but it would be great if the comments of each of the large images had a link to our profiles. (i.e. smurfguy in the comments of my large card picture, 430609).

Ok, to edit the portfolio comments, click the image and fill in the details with your comments.

So again, in the large card images, put a user tag for each of us. Otherwise, if they simply click our images, they can't get to our profiles because there's no clickable link.

Done that. If anybody wants additional comments beside the link to their profile page let me know. Other than that the images are ready to be put in the signature.

Oh and thank you Jeff for fixing the links. ;)

...and I'm afraid I'll have to self DQ in perspective as I apparently have done something that's not allowed :(

And, testing my signature:
11/23/2006 09:42:28 PM · #285
just checking in from my hotel in Monterey Bay where I expect to get in some nature shooting this weekend.

My scores? Well, postcards will just about give me my average since it is presently at 5.3725.

But Perspective is looking good. For the first 12 hours or so, it really looked good sustaining an above 7 average, but now it's settled down in the 6.54 area. That's way above my head usually.

So, it's the Team that's providing the magic!

I'll check in from time to time, even though the internet service I'm plugged into seems to be between "low" and "very low"...

Keep up the good work everyone.

I'm glad you guys are doing well this week, because after my past couple disappointments, I simply couldn't come up with anything for Perspective or Year-I-Was-Born.

However, given my shiny new membership, I've had a renewed vigor, and I'm very excited about my Light on White submission. This is actually my third submission - I keep refining my shot, and in my mind they're really improving.

So here's hoping the best for my first members-only challenge! (Thanks again, Alice!)

-Jeff

Edit: PS, I've also added some shots to my portfolio from my collection. Nothing stellar, but fun to use my new features. =)

Well, I"m back after some super photo ops in Monterey.

I put my Light on White entry in a while back, but came home and fiddled with it a little more. It's in for good now.

Everybody else in for tonight's rollover?
11/26/2006 01:22:15 PM · #288
I'm in light on white as well :)

Light on white entry #160. How do we stand in the postcard challenge?

Giorgio - I'm no help on the Postcard Challenge. I will make my average, but everyone else will outscore me on that one. It won't be hard to do.
11/27/2006 11:14:57 AM · #291
Hmm - anytime I get excited, that means I *might* hit my average. =)

My Light on White started at a disappointing 5.16 this morning, but has moved to 5.3 in a short time, so let's hope the upward trend continues. I guess it's not stellar, but it's better than spots!!

I'm at 5.72 in Light on White - which is OK (but not impressive :) )

My Light on white is not really what I expected (a 6+ score). Currently I'm at 5.4364, but let's hope it will rise.

This is traditionally a low-scoring challenge ...
Look at the piece of junk that won the blue last time :)

Yay...this means that I have a slight chance to actually ribbon in this challenge. :)))))))))))))))

My Light on White is light on points too. Looks as if it will be a low five finisher. But I have high hopes for my Open Challenge entry. I have three images that I like a whole lot. I've made my choice and hope for the best.

PS: I was about to take offense at the slandering of a very nice bird image, but then I saw who the maker was and decided to shut up (for a change)... Nice one, Metatate.

Lisa - congratulations on your forthcoming sales opportunity. It's a super opportunity and I hope you do well.

Christmas stroll... I remember from your Postcard entry, seeing a bit of snow on the ground. Are you likely to have a white Christmas up your way?
