Paul, your endless supply of interesting links never fails to intrigue me. Not only do I find the debunking site more informative and believable than the MIT study (not even the dummy appears to be taking it seriously); but I am disappointed that MIT failed to test my favorite...the tinfoil sombrero.

I heard about the MIT study through NPR. I only found it today by doing a search (not Google!) for "foil and 'MIT study'" and got the debunking site as the first hit -- fortunately they linked to the MIT stidy themselves, so I needed look no further ... : )

You must share your search methods. I would love to say that I don't "Google".

I captured this UFO last night at 7:32pm local time (Madison, WI CDT). It's a two minute exposure, looking SW at an elevation of about 45 deg. This is a slight crop of the original shot. The bogey was moving top to bottom (north to south) and took about a little more than a minute to traverse the trajectory shown, increasing dramatically in brightness near the middle of the path.

I think it was the mother ship.

This was back in NY. But, I will keep my eyes open around here. I've seen some REALLY strange people. Could be aliens?
