Now there's a title worthy of James Bond spy talk.

What's that mean? ;)

I think it's a bolt-on extra for a super K-one-one-seven. You have a super K-one-one-seven, right?

What it probably means is that I go cross-eyed and fall flat on a country pancake.

RESULTS

Well, this is a wacky week, and shows the importance of teamwork. Two teams with averages over 6 are disqualified this week for not having enough people playing, and that includes my team, I'm ashamed to say. This week's winner is yet another team to rock two 6+ scores.

BLUE=======Team Entropy 5.8003
RED========Team Novice 5.38376666666666666
YELLOW=====Team OOFers 5.2987

Team Entropy, OOBIE and YAPPIE awards are up to you this week!

p.s. I was also really impressed by the suck photos this week.

p.p.s. Melethia has once again garnered the highest score this week, even though she attempted to deflect attention from that fact. Hmm...

Will everybody please note the huge number of sixes that team novice got?

And again, nobody gets me! I'm soooo misunderstood! Oh well, at least you guys all love me.

As a side note, someone wants me to do head shots for his modeling portfolio. I haven't a clue and told him as much. He still wants me to do them. Now what?

Kelli,

Got to go - dinner is calling - I'll be back with a suggestion.

4.4 in light on white and diagonal. Oh, well...

Got entries in the free study and death. It would be nice to see a 5 again. (I've forgotten what it feels like to get a 6!)

There is The Darkroom Studios in Merchantville, NJ that charges $18 an hour for studio rental. You might want to check this out. If it looks promising, have your model pay for upfront for the studio rental. Whatever you do make sure your expenses are covered.

Thanks Mary! This is about 5 minutes from me! I'm going to go by tomorrow and check it out.

Kelli, I've seen at least one lengthy thread on DPC about contracts with models. I think there's one that says the model gets a CD with the shots but you own the copyright on the images. You can then modify it as is mutually agreeable as to who has license to do what with the photos (display them online, sell them, etc.).

Search the forums here for more info.

I also know that Leroy Dickson ( fotomann_forever) and Kevin Riggs ( kevinriggs) have done a lot of model shoots, so you might want to shoot them a PM.

Lovely mediocre scores which are good by me. The Free Study one will fall further, most likely below the 5 mark, before all is said and done.

Am very disappointed with free study score, as I thought it would do better. Looks like mediocrity hanging around 5.5
12/01/2006 07:36:20 AM · #1364
Oh, and can't believe my FLW photo - which truly does suck - is doing better than free study. I was expecting about a 4.5 for FLW, and it is hanging out at 5.55

I must be no judge of any photography, even my own :-(

Looks like James Bond would be a good one to enter - only 14 submissions so far.
12/01/2006 08:02:05 AM · #1367
I'm brain dead trying to think of something for that challenge. LOL.

I will be trying for Bond, but with a lot of other stuff needing doing it may not happen.

You are definitely welcome. And you could join an existing team right now if you want, but I really like the idea of your Team Chasing Butterflies. I think you should continue to use your thread to collect members for it, and then we can add it to our list of teams.

The more teams the merrier!

Oops...just re-read the new Advanced Editing rules...I may be cutting it REAL close with my Bond shot...

Oh well! I still had fun!
