I'll admit I'm not sucking very well this time. I promise to do better (ie worse) in Long Exposure.

It would be nice if some ladies could sheath their claws in the SP. Jeezzusss. I'm what Deb described herself as "great personality, but...". Really, I'm not a threat, no need to be nasty.

Really? People are leaving nasty comments? That's simply rude. It's also a reflection of the commentor, not the photographer or the photograph.

I'm much happier to have my scores suck than my actions. :-)

I think for the awful picture I rushed in, I deserve any nasty comments I receive (though mine aren't personal so far)

Changed my mind on the long exposure entry. Went with the one I thought was cool vice the one that was pretty. Is that a good suck decision? :-)

Well, Don, you probably shouldn't have entered the shot you took at 1/1000th.... ;-)

Long exposure - 4.5. I really don't understand the DPC voters. I think this is a great shot. 4.frigging5.

My place in the hall of suck is confirmed.

Damned good place to be.

I have three consecutive 4.xx s, so I'm taking up residence.

I'm trying to avoid looking at the front page right now so as not to see how far into suck my scores are progressing, then it can be a big surprise at the rollover. ;)

I can only guess that for "long exposure" if people aren't seeing motion blur they are voting low for DNMC. (Though I've not had any comments on mine so who knows) So not actually bothering to consider that a shot entered in "long exposure" would have been taken using a long exposure no matter what is depicted.

Ahh, a clear case of "too much motion blur". You know you can't win ;)

Chaimelle of the Hoovers,
Loved your image and rated it a 10. One of my faves of the challenge.

I also gave someone on a suck team a 10 in Wind. It was hotshot7!

I rather liked all of the Team Suck entries a lot better than the general population did. And noraneko, yours was one of my top picks for this challenge - great shot!

Kudos to my two teammates, too - I thought both of those were excellent.

I am bitterly, bitterly disappointed. My Wind picture suffered all that humiliation only to end up in SECOND to last place! arrrrghhh! And who wins the brown ribbon? Someone sticking his hand out the window. I think that's a great way to demonstrate wind. How does that earn a brown ribbon? grrrr

Well, I admit the competition is tough for a brown ribbon in Long Exposure, but I am in the thick of it:

I have no motion blur - too much, too little, too sucky?
