My bokeh score was at 4.4 this morning, but I'm up to a more respectable score right now.

That's one heckuva jump! Mine started out this morning at 5.9 but is now slipping to the other side of 5.5. Hoping for a turnaround.

Don, are you gonna post the team scores/standings? Thanks!

Oh, and since this is Team Suck, there should be an honor of some kind associated with placing last. :-)

okay, OOFers, as your prize you get to award an Oobie Sucker and a Yappie Sucker to whomever you wish out of the entire DPC Community.

Now, a Sucker looks like this:



An OOBIE sucker is awarded to an "Out Of the Box" entry in a DPChallenge, something that meets the challenge in a creative fashion that DPC voters might not have properly appreciated.

A YAPPIE sucker is given to a commentor for either a particular comment or a history of great comments.

Either decide among yourselves, or nominate one person to decide.

YAY to The HOOVERS! Way to suck! :-) And I think we should have a Tan ribbon for next to last place. Can't have a team without a ribbon in Sucksville. I believe that violates bylaws.

A green ribbon would be good, sort of for the ecologically supportive filling up of the gaps in the rich tapestry of oh shit I'm running off at the mouth again...

Okay, Out of Focusers -- k4ffy, kdsprog, quiet_observation, bryantbus, Kivet what I suggest is that we take nominations in a thread for the OOBIE and YAPPIE awards until Friday midnight, EST. I will volunteer to compile a ballot and PM this to you all Saturday morning. You could PM me your top OOBIE and YAPPIE votes by midnight Sunday. The winners would be announced Monday morning. Do you think this will work or do you have other suggestions?

Actually, I feel kinda special not getting a ribbon. 4 out of 5 teams get ribbons. It's just so... ordinary... :D
