our church services were cancelled this morning for bad weather, but I remembering tim this morning. I'm sure he will do a fine job. Is he a preacher or layspeaker or something?

He did great!!! I am so incredibly proud of that man! We are on a very small team that is starting a new church (our "mother" church occassionally sends a team out to start of new church). We have a Senior Pastor (Ben) who does the sermons typically and Tim is the Asscociate Pastor - right hand man. Tim will have to preach on occassion and today happended to be his first "occassion". He rocked! Thank you fine ladies for your thoughts and most of all your prayers! They were certainly answered!

now...I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOO confused...I like two shot for street and/or FreeStudy AND I like both shots in colour OR BlackWhite...ahhhhhhhh

edit at 8:50 pm to say I'm not entering street...DPC style would surely whap me with DNMC...even tho shots ARE in street...

hope we got 4 in for street

Sonya, I know exactly how you feel. I have had a last minute gem discovery, but I wonder too if I'll still get hit with dnmc... I'm going with my instincts here (I've asked a couple of people for opinions as well) and entering the shot. So that's me in :)

Hello ladies - thank you all for your votes of encouragement on this past weekend. It went very well.

And for jfwolpert - this is a pic of the light setup that I built per Pedros instructions. It cost me less than $65 to build not counting the old tripod that I had lying around the house. This thing pushes out some serious light and offers some cool catchlights in the eyes. I have a handful of pics in m yportfolio that showcase it. We are still learning how to use it but I think Aimees shot has been the best so far.

Thanks guys :) We've all been on a pretty good roll of late. At least now though, I won't have to put in a shot for love/hate. My ideas have been very cheesy and doomed to embarrassing failure...

Can't wait for the open challenges this week. Don't fancy Acronyms at all.

Holy Moly! What a stunner - sure won't last thru week 2!! Thank you for pointing that out to me. I haven't spent much time on DPC lately. I would have missed it! Congratulations to you too Rina - so awesome!

My Love shot is as good as it'll get which I'm afraid is not very :( Sorry ladies - no time lately! Here's to hopin' the DPC gods will smile on a shot with poor technicals but a dash of the "awwwww" factor! Shyeah...like that'll happen!
