Hey, you're beating me Jude! My Ice is currently 5.1something, but I suspect it'll drop when people realise that it IS actually a crappy shot. I think my creativity failed me this week, but I promise to come up with the goods on Furniture and Red II. |

Looks like Yanko (from Team Outcasts - our competition this week) is sportin' a dancing banana so my guess is he has a very solid 7. They might be tough to beat this week although we have our secret weapon HANAE! My acro is up & down - currently farther down than it's been since the very beginning...6.4

HOWEVER, feel free to replace me as a member of team and I'll just stay your cheering section :-) my feeling wouldn't be hurt in the least. The 5 of you are WAY talented enough to win a WPL and I attest that I am a very weak link :-)

i am the weakest link but would be game for wpl5. i just hope they have some challenges that are not so far from my style.

Up to 5.3 now with Ice. That's not the direction I saw the score heading, but hey, I'll take it without complaining thanksverymuch :)
I'm relaxed about wpl5. Happy to continue with the femmes, but if there's anyone who wants to join another team or simply bow out next season, I'm fine with that too. It'd be nice to hang out with you guys again, but I'd totally understand if things change. |

I'm going to hang tight before making a decision on that until I know what WPL5 will look like. There are some interesting ideas being thrown around that may result in a little different game than we are playing right now. Of course it will also depend on WHEN WPL5 is rolled out. If it's getting close to my mission trip etc. then I would have to sit it out.

We'll have to sit and wait to see just what DPC has in store for WPL from now on!
My apologies to you all for not being as active this season as I was last season. Am struggling and also having serious creativity block being stuck indoors all the time :o( Am hoping to take a half decent shot for Furniture though if my idea goes to plan and am thinking about alternative medicine / red!

actually, wpl will probably look a lot like it does right now, just more teams. the biggest thing is that l. is able to program some stuff to be "automated" whereas scott was having to do it manually.
to be honest, i was asking because "Team Smite" might be resurrecting (the SC team), and I was torn. My two favorite groups of people. :) I think I'll stay a FF, though, if my wildly inconsistent scores are okay with ya'll.
aimee -- where, when and how long? is this with your church? Yes, I'm nosy, but I also have a heart for missions. BC (before children) I went to Honduras three or four times for a week and Moscow for two weeks. (Moscow for two weeks in January -- fun). I love missions work. My brother may be going to Bangladesh for a week this summer, and my pastor is considering a trip to Indonesia. |

I was thinking that more teams might mean more weeks that I would need to submit. Maybe more than I would want to bite off (depending on timing). Tim was telling me about other ideas being thrown out there too (such as Fantasy WPL).

Sounds fantastic - I bet you have some great stories. To date I've only done prison minitstry trips here in Ohio. I did those as a sort of ministry preparation to go to Thailand for two weeks in July. It's "sort of" through church meaning it's not through the new church that we are planting (don't have an established mission program this early in the game - but I'm hoping to head that up when the time is right) so I'm coordinating with the mission leader through another church. There are different aspects to this trip but, from what I know so far, I'll be working with a traveling medical camp serving in Northern Thailand - possibly in a Triage type role. I'll know more later. Anyway, between church planting and the incredible amount of work that is, and fund-raising for my trip, working, and spending time with my family, WPL is often a struggle and obviously not a huge priority - although I always want to rock for you ladies!

I don't remember exactly how it was working, but it isn't a great deal longer than now, though the playoffs *might be*
I don't know anything about the fantasy league. |
