Guys, thank you again for the ribbon.
This is my entry:

Used this cartoon for inspiration:

Then Post-Processed the heck out of this:

If you haven't tried it...USE the liquify tool. This tool is the best!

OOps...I think I should've posted this in the Challenge Outtakes...Can anyone move this???
