I am completely new to this site and have entered 3 challenges as a registered member. I love the feedback that comes from everyone and I am very happy with my scores considering I entered all of them within minutes of the deadline and shot only an hour beforehand. My results which I am personally proud of are as follows:

I just wrote a note to the board. I already suggested to other members to do the same. I think they have some explaining to do. Actually this makes me skeptical of the validity of some of the other challenge results. I am NOT a trouble maker, but will definitely point out something that seems wrong to me.....especially when it involves so many people. I did not enter the "Strange Looking People" challenge and don't know anyone who did, personally, so I have nothing at stake.
The "strange" thing is.......I did not know how to vote in this challenge at all and I decided to give everyone a ten....as I felt generous and it seemed to me that each was stranger than the next. I have never done this before. Quite a few of my votes did not even show up as red bars. I also made an effort to comment on each photo.
I HOPE some other people will address this to the board. This disturbs me and should disturb others. What do you think? Spread the word? I'm pretty much of a newbie...maybe some people like you.... accomplished etc...could prompt other prestigious members to also make a comment to the board. I am going to copy and paste this on a forum. I hope it prompts some interest and action.
I'm posting this here because it looks like quite a few people will notice it.
What do you all think? |

I know there is a vote scrubber that only Landon knows the details about. Maybe voting all 10's (or all 1's) triggers the vote scrubber to invalidate the votes. I don't know if this is the case, but it's just a guess. |

I would agree that since you gave ALL ten's, it triggered a response in the system that something was "fishy"
@ LoVi: Since you are a newbie (and I am pretty new here as well), I thought I would inform you that you CAN change your vote (if you didn't know). When a challenge first starts, I will look through all the thumbnails first. I will then go to the first picture and begin voting. The next day (or a day or so later), I will look at the pictures again and "adjust" my votes. I don't think I've ever actually knocked a vote down, as I will usually leave them the same or bump them up.
