Okay. I have had this in my portfolio for a few days and am now unhiding it. It's not helping the weirdness level of this thread any, but at least it's a different type of weird:
... I am addicted to gradient map.
edit: (not that I mind the weirdness of the thread lately. it's just a good reason to convince myself to unhide this image.)

not being in a photo allows me to impose my reality of who I am and how I perceive I look to the world.
I kinda know what you mean, JP, but maybe I didn't quite get as far as you did. I think it helps that I got to see me through other people's eyes and they kindly didn't run screaming and shielding their children (that I could see via my monitor, anyway.) I still don't like the way I look, but I'm much more comfortable in front of the camera than before. I even let other people at our get-together in Austin shoot me without trying to hide.
And I have TONS to learn about lighting and photoshopping still, but I did get the chance to learn new stuff, and to truly appreciate what those who use artificial light can do! |

I didnt mean it badly. I'm sooooooooooooooo sorry. I just meant I cant believe guys were lookign for eyes instead of breast. nothing bad against you. I'm EXTREMELY sorry if I hurt you.

Just wanted to say a BIG thankyou to everyone that took part in this 30 SP challenge. It was great to get to know some of you more and see some wonderful and creative photos. I'd been in a bit of a rut with my photography of late so it helped me break the camera out and try some different things. But most of all, it opened me up to Photoshop in a big way. I'd only really ever done basic editing but this really made me plan out photos and see what I could achieve. Thanks to everyone as well for all the wonderful comments!

Cheers...but no...this was the first time I'd tried something outlandish! Most of what I'd done in the past was simply correcting skin blemishes and the like.

Ok so it's not a SP but Mom caught me doing my Ken R. impersination (except he's a Nikon fan boy and doesn't like Tamron's)) but I thought it was cool.
