299 entries. 43 comments a day and I could get to everybody. I think people are going to get less comments this time out.

There's been more entries if that's what you were referring to?

This is actually the first time I've sat out since I joined. I've been going going going all week, guess I didn't see much at rest!

In The Garden had 352. Don't know if anyone ever decided if that was the record.

I guess the new question is lowest score. Currently at 2.9444 at 18 votes. Don't expect any comments on this one.

Now that's just depressing. I wanted the bottom rung this time and instead it looks like I'll languish in the low depths hidden from accolades. :(

This is the first challenge I've entered (woo kind of nervous..) and its also the first time I've given any comments.

I'm very much an amateur so I'm not sure there's much I can offer other than my personal preferences, so I doubt I'll do many comments for that reason more than the sheer volume (though that is daunting)! My technical knowledge is quite slim, I'm still learning as I go myself.

I hope I don't do too poorly though I suspect I'll live if I do. ;)

You obviously started too high - having started at one of my lowest starting points yet I'm slowly creeping up. I know there's aspects of my picture that'll hurt my score but please, I just want to get above the halfway mark :-)

No, I started at one of my lowest points and have gone consistently down since.

I started at 7 and am crawling my way down into the mid 4s. No bottom in sight...

I'm still awaiting the big 3.00. This is the quickest that I got 78 votes (What's the most votes on a picture in the challenges? Anywhere near 300?) No comments as predicted.

I would like to see the lowest score ,with the most votes, no comments, and tons of favorites. That would almost be better then getting a ribbon ;)

Seems like all of the lowest scores have actual received "10's", "9's", or "8's". I guess it doesn't hurt to be punny(yes,pun)sometimes, but a snapshot.

I would be pretty ironic to see a cat, dog, flower, flag, snapshot, setup, tombstone, insect picture win for "irony".

I took Gordon's advice and waded through a number of the lowest scoring pics. :)

Yes, a few are really bad. But a lot of them were marked low for being off-topic and would have scored much higher in a different challenge. A low score isn't always an indicator of a bad photograph.
