In the Picasa 'Effects' tab, some of the effects have a little blue '1' in the bottom right-hand corner.

Does anyone know what this signifies, or what it's used for?

Haven't you seen "The Net"? It's for hacking into computers protected by the Gatekeeper program... :-P

it means you only have to click once to get the effect - all the others you then have to make another adjustment to get the final effect.

Dude, I never expected to find someone on DPC lame enuff to remember that movie but there ya are. Now for the real prize, which didja like better: Sneakers or Hackers?

Ahhhh yes... that must be what it's for - Thanks! :)

And Leroy, everybody knows the gatekeeper icon was a 'pi' symbol, not a '1' :-p

Jolie, right? That's what put it over the top for me. I mean, Redford is great and whatever but Jolie using a computer . . . uhhhm, 'scuse me I need a minute or three.
