No worries, no ranting about my score. I was actually rather pleased that it stayed above a 5.

Anyway, the model in this photo is, of course, a laminated paper doll, inspired by a combination of the Flat Stanley phenomenon and the wackiness of Elvis sightings. The whole idea was to suggesr a wacky conspiracy theory about how the 2Peas crowd just happened to show up while Steve was off having his desert adventure. Taking the photo itself turned out to be an adventure all its own, but I'll let you read about it in the photo description.

ANYWAY -
I thought it might be fun to start up a "Flat Stelvis" thing, just for fun. The idea being that this is the first photo in Steve's mysterious adventures. I mail it to whomever wants to give it a shot, that person photographs a Steve sighting, posts it in a thread (this one?) for the membership's amusement, and mails it to the next person, etc. It would be up to you to decide whom Stelvis should go to next.

What say y'all?

Of course, this all only happens with Steve's blessing. In fact, I would be tickled just about to death if Steve were willing to be the first to receive the Flat Stelvis.

cute idea. I'm not sure it would go well though. it's like coupon circles. soemone always forgets to forward/mail it then the people who havent gotten it are all mad and the people who have taken their time out to participate in something that isnt working out get mad too and it turns into a big bitchfest. maybe if we could just email it and everyone prints their own copy for the photo i think less people who flake out on sending it forward if it was as easy and cheap as an email. hope that makes sense.
