I am trying to make my image smaller so I can participate in the challenges. What is the best way to resize my image. I am using Ulead photo express. Also I already have the picture uploaded to the sight can I use this and how.

Ulead should have similar settings for resizing. There should be a save for web same where on the file drop-down. Check the shot as you might need to do a final sharpen b4 uploading.

Probably can't use a photo that has already been uploaded...as others have possibly seen it... Also the photos Exif has to show a date within the challenge date as well.
