I've reactivated my portfolio, so for the curious I am downloading some images from this camera. I am new at dslr, so if the quality is not up to par, I just need to practice.

Thanks for posting these. Could you post the settings and what lens you used and what pp you did? It would be really helpful.
That's some nice dof in the purple one.

Oooh, did you have DRO turned on? Hows the Anti-shake work for ya? I love new toys. Even if they are other peoples toys :)

This is my next camera, probably next year or so. I'm used to KM's anti-shake, but I curious about the anti-dust feature. Thanks for the images.

Here are the settings for the images. All images were taken with the standard zoom that came with the camera, 18-70mm lens. All were also taken with the DRO turned on. All images were also set to vivid color.

Used macro setting and also used the close-up lens from my Sony H1. Used auto, iso 400, f5.6, at 1/100 sec, 70mm focal length.

This was taken using aperture priority. Iso was 800, 50mm focal length, 1/400th sec., f5.6, exposure compensated by -0.3 steps, which was a mistake, but that is why I am in the learning stage.
I took this one specifically to try out the light gathering properties of the camera. I did crop this one, but the edges that I cropped are full of tone, color, and wonderful light.

This was taken on auto setting, 70mm focal length,f 6.3, 1/125th sec, iso 160, exposure compensated by -0.3 steps.

Anyway, I am simply in the stage right now of pushing the camera for light gathering ability more than anything. I have not tried really low light yet, or iso 1600. For now, I take mostly auto setting as I learn the camera, with an occasional aperture or shutter priority thrown in.

I think that the anti-shake works just fine. I am used to it because the H1 I've been using has the same function. I've not really taken any images without the anti-shake turned on, but I will be just to see if there is a great difference.
