Phew...
You have rated 142 of 143 images (99%) in this challenge.
You have commented on 54 of 143 images (38%) in this challenge.

Some great and some not so great images there!

There is one clear winner for me (You'll know who you are from my comment). Lots of runner up contenders though!

I'm glad you got a positive Judi! Obviously it is hard to say, but based on my basic super slueth skills, I might have yours pegged for second place!

After looking at my first shot, I went back and cleaned the mirror.

Oh, and my score sucks, so I'm not showing it.

I cleaned my mirror AND flipped my image, yet I am still hovering around 5.4 - 5.5

Hmmm so that wasn't the tip to succes.... Well maybe there's a lot of the same in this contest? It's a hard subject!

I thought it was a great subject! I just hate how we can't submit older photos, it's understandable though!

Just curious...has anyone noticed that there are alot of shots in which the camera couldn't have taken the photo of itself. Meaning that the shot was obviously taken by another camera???

That is quite a bold statement - You do not know from the pictures how many mirrors were used to get the angles required...

In case you are saying that because the labels on the camera aren't backwards - flipping the photo (which corrects the mirror-image) is legal in Basic.

i was actually thinking the same thing, therefore i am not voting.

No...I understand about the letters being corrected. I hope someone eventually tells me how they did it because I searched photoshop and couldn't figure it out....but there are other photos that no matter how many mirrors you use...it's impossible to get that angle on the camera.

Darn it....of course I go into photoshop today and in less than 2 seconds I found out how to flip the photo. Silly me...silly me....I deserve the horrible score for being so blind.

Oh, well, guess folks didn't like my idea. No problem.

What amuses me greatly is two comments in a row where one says the high contrast works well and the other says the contrast needs improvement. :)

I also got a comment saying it'd be better if the letters were correct. I deliberately didn't flip the image because the whole point is to look like the camera shot itself, and I didn't want anyone complaining that it hadn't!
