For 6-7 months every year you can surf on the St.Lawrence river 5 minutes from downtown Montreal...

For a moment I thought the title of the thread had something to do with a SMURF in Montreal...then I realized it was you who posted, so I knew it to be true anyway. ;)

interesting shots! surfers will surf anywhere they can...my brother was just at a great alaskan surf spot but couldn't surf the day i talked to him...there were too many Bears. i'm a bit addicted to surf photos these days. shot this yesterday at lunch.
