What did JP do Saturday?
JP went to Art on the Rocks in Marquette.

Why?
Because JP can.

What did you see?
Lots of people and lots of cool art!

Who did you meet?
I met:

Allan Teger of Bodyscapes fame! He also does really way-cool hand-painted photos as well. What an exceptionally cool guy, if you have the chance to chat with him do so.

I met:

Melanie Kimmel. Good lord do you want to see some way cool art? Then check out what she does (unfortunately her website doesn't do her art justice). If I go back tomorrow I'm going to ply her with niceness and see if I can get some macros of what she does. Basically she's a pointillist quilter. But basically doesn't do her justice. Golly.

What else?!?

Well, I saw:

Interesting and cool sound/dance/impression performance art.

A man on a bench.

A lighthouse.

Big splashy waves!

And a duck on a stump.

Some of those photos suck JP.
Uh-huh.

Sounds like a long day?
Yes. I'm now one tuckered fat polack.

What are you going to do now?
Sleep is sounding good, especially since it's well past my bedtime.

'night!
Good night!

Be VERY nice to Ms Kimmel - I'd love to see some close-up shots of her work!

Sounds like you had a good day! G'night.

Thanks for the update. Loved the interview style. That duck reminded me of another quote from a while back, something about stuffed squirels. Didn't see the rake though.
