i am having a very hard time finding simple, clean, everyday 5x7 photo albums... i don't want anything special, just something to put my 5x7 prints in that i can carry around with me. there are plenty of 4x6 albums out there, but seriously, where can i buy a relatively inexpensive album for 5x7 prints?

price range: $20 for something that may hold 100 - 200 prints (but doesn't look like something created in 1982 (with silly brass corners and the like)). i don't think it's too much to ask, but what do i know?

thanks in advance.

I know that Kohl's department store sells some & they come in some nice styles....usually around $20.00, but I've bought them on sale for alot less.
Hope this helps!

does detaching the middle leave any noticeable marks? :) thanks!!

In the little local camera store here, they have a section of albums and such there. They have these very simple, yet professional looking portfolio type black albums. They have them available in just about any size imaginable, and are very reasonably priced. Mostly between 7-20 dollars, depending on size. If you have a camera store around your area, might be worth looking :-)

I would highly recommend one of these:

Itoya Portfolio Storage/Display Book 5x7

You can get these from B&H but also check your local Michaels / AC Moore / Hobby Lobby. I have seen them in these stores too. I had a 13x19 display case from this company that I used for a while and was very happy with it.
