| Hello I have photoshop cs and want to upgrade to cs2 , Can I just buy the upgrade or do I have to but the whole program |

I don't think you need to upgrade for that, I think all you need to do is go to the Adobe site and look for the Raw Converter update. The last time we got it was because our camera was new and it took a couple of months for it to be added. I think that was either v3.2 or 3.3.

I had the same problem earlier today. You do need CS2 and even then you need to get the update from adobe.com. Here is the thread I posted earlier today.
