Seems like I will not be able to make it to this one (sorry). I was excited to go but it looks like there will be a new member of the family arriving by the end of the month which I was expecting would come later (and that's why I thought I would be able to make it). I will follow this thread in case any changes occur or if another one's planned in the area for a later date. See you all in the next one, have fun!

Anywhere in the Orlando area is good for me on Saturday, September 30 and/or Sunday, October 1 .

I'll be there from Miami on those dates anyway. If I narrow things down to the dates, then I'll be happy to let others decide which location works best for them and go with it.

Please (to those who are seriously interested) let's make this happen. It's getting close and we need to finalize the details.

Sounds good, I just don't know when I can commit right now. My schedule is pretty much my own, but I've got so much to do and so much more that I'd like to do.

I'm going to South Beach in a hour for a photo that I've been planning for a while now. I'll be out the door at 5 a.m. for another shot in the Everglades that I've been planning also. Saturday and Sunday I've got tentative plans involving photography. If those plans don't work out on Saturday or Sunday, maybe we can go to the zoo then.

I'll try to let you know tomorrow.

BTW, how spontaineous are you? I think you live nearby. How about a last minute trip to South Beach?

Edit to update: Well, Alain was spontaineous and quick to meet me at South Beach! I called him on the phone while I was driving to the beach and he met me out there in time for the sunset and the moonrise. It was just too bad that a thunderstorm offshore blocked the moon until it rose above it.

Now lets get this Orlando GTG going!

I might be able to do this, but I wouldn't be going into a Disney park--too expensive right now. Maybe season passes once the kids are older.
Lake Eola (downtown) is one place I like to shoot.

I may be able to drive down for a day-trip on Sunday. Saturday is pretty much a no-go.
