I have entered two photos in the challenge. The comments are that photo is small. I have tried to put them in at the 640, but would tell me size was to big. Did it a couple of times at a smaller size until it accepted. Am I doing something wrong? I have done other photos with no problem. Could someone help me?

You have to change your largest dimension to 640.

THere is a save for web tutorial somehwre around here - that may be what you need.

Laura, what program are you using to do the resize? That may help get you a more specific answer.

What is more likely your problem is not that the image dimensions are too big, but that the file size is too large. When you do a save, you need to turn the quality down until the file size is below 150k.

It is the file size. I use adobe elements 2

Has you can see I have not been here to long. I get totally confused with file size and all.

I was there as well early on. I use PSElements as well and that tutorial guided me thorugh nice and easy. Good luck.

Yes, that tutorial should work for Elements. Shouldn't be too hard to follow, but if ya have more questions, just ask.
