Love to argue, then make up. Also, I design and sew anime costumes, I do gourmet cooking, I also write poetry, I do lots of gardening, make my own wine, quilt, read (especially sci fi) and I love baking bread. I do journals, too. Been keeping one consistantly since I turned 15. I also like to search out and find haunted places, and there are quite a few around New England.

Alcohol....lots and lots of alcohol...which reminds me...it is breakfast time. I also like fly fishing and snow skiing, which is why we hit Wyoming 2 or 3 times each year. There are some really great microbrews out there, too.

Juggling. My wife and I used to hit 4-8 fests a year before the second kid arrived. But until the kids get a bit older and we dont have to watch them constantly we have put that on hold. Now we vacation at Allegheny State Park. 10 nights in a cabin in the woods by a stream this September. It cant come fast enough. And fireworks. One more month and I can shoot off the huge haul we just picked up on the way home ffrom vacation. That cant come fast enough either.

Let's hear it for the writers! I write novels, myself, and longish short stories.

My real love is time spent on the water, be it sailing, boating, kayaking, or just floating on my back. Also a fan of hiking, stargazing, tinkering, and reading.

Like Ladymonarda, I quilt, but haven't done a lot of that lately. I'm addicted to bike riding, like to play golf, and like to read but never seem to have the time anymore. When is the next Harry Potter due out??

A worthy métier! You can get a government grant to do that.

Motley is the only word that suits -

I write, essays and reviews mostly. Hubby and I write fantasy stories together.

I read constantly. About a book a week.

I paint - murals mostly. I like the canvas of using an entire room. Sometimes I paint people (face painting), but I am curretnly out of body paints.

I mountain bike, but thats mostly to get to places that take to long to hike too for photography.

I collect Tea. No, really. LOL I have lots and lots of it and force people to have tea with me if they visit anywhere near afternoon. I have tea for every ailment and I'm not afraid of pouring you a cup and staring at you till you drink it.

I study animal tracking, wilderness survival and herbology. However I openly admit that I couldnt probably track a moose through snow, but I try like heck. I could however probably survive in the woods with my family indefinatley under disaster circumstances fairly well. No, I do not have a cement bunker in the basement.

Thats just the current stuff.

And its all because I killed my TV seven years ago, I have WAY too much time on my hands. :)

Scouting, hiking, orienteering, and rugby. I don't play competetive rugby anymore, but sometimes I get into the 2nd half of the 2nd match.

In my republic, I wouldn't have to... In Plato's, I'd be banished...

Classic and Modern Literature, hiking through the mountains, fine dining, random spontaneous roadtrips, greasy spoon diners, and especially anything Italian, including but not limited to collecting Deruta ceramics, watching classic Italian cinema, and the pursuit of hot Italian pool boys. My heart definitely pines for la dolce vita and la bella lingua. I'm even taking an Elementary Italian class in the Fall ;-)

I read and write, since I was very little in fact, and hope to be published in the next few years. I attempt art but need a few more personal demons to truly perfect it. I love making sushi, that in itself is a form of art. I love standing out in the rain and getting drenched. And I enjoy being a PITA!
