This might sound stupid, but how do i resize an image to fit the requirements for my personal picture in my profile? It says that it needs to be 120x90 but when I set it for that the whole picture is "blocky" and distorted. Any thoughts?

When that happened to me, I looked at the display % size and saw that it was like 300%. Is it still blocky and distorted when you are viewing at 100% or less?

| it would help if you would A) post the photo for us to see and B) told us what software you are using |

this helps, but now, when I try to upload it to my profile, it says "Your photograph is 105x87 and does not meet the size requirements" but the size requirements are 120x90 or 90x120

| Yep, it will give that error. It needs to be *exactly* 120x90. The best way to do it is to crop to a 3:4 aspect ratio at larger size, then progressively reduce size until the longest side is 120px. |
