Alionic and I will be getting married very soon now we have recieved the papers from Japan that we needed. I believe that it will be a small simple wedding in Herts UK but a rather large party afterwards in London.
Dates and locations to follow.
Everyone is invited. We need any photographers to shoot the regestration and the party.

We are planning for July 14th but have no fixed date yet, it will definately be before August.

congratulation.
why not take a trip to Muenster on the 14th, there will be close to 30 DPC photographers ther with a studio and everything ;) you could both even be a part of the nude/glamour shoot ;)

Thank you, we DO still need a photographer although BEN says maybe he can come to shoot for us. Looks like the party might not be happening because the place said at first we could use the hall for 50 pounds now they say they made a mistake and it has to be 400 pounds. slightly different so we may cancel it and have the celebration another day or, as Marac suggested, we can go to the lakes and have a CAMP OUT party, whatever THAT is.

Can I suggest you contact Chiqui (June) who has recently married DPCer Manic (Matt) and is also working on establishing her new photography events business here in her new UK home.
Matt and June live in North London a little north of me, so would likely be able to get to your wedding easily enough.
Depending on her availability, June may be able to do a very special deal for you in exchange for your support in portfolio building for her new business. You'd need to speak to her, of course.
I'm not volunteering because I did a friend's wedding last year and although I'm pleased with the results I found it a hugely stressful experience - I was her main photographer. I also have a tentative booking in my diary to deliver a training course for a client. However, if that doesn't happen and I am not working (I'm freelance) I would be happy to attend as a supplementary photographer to your main one(s).

As far as photos go, give us a shout if you guys end up coming up to the lakes for your wedding... I'll see what I can do.
