Just won the Nikon AF-S Nikkor 18 - 200 mm f/3.5-5.6G DX ED VR
on Ebay from a high rated cam store in Fla. Paying $100 more than retail with shipping included.

I have one on order from Amazon and BH but both say won't ship until June (maybe). I should have mine in about 3-5 days.

I may keep my order at Amazon if demand is still high, I'll buy it and resell on ebay for small profit if possible.

I'll show you some shots next week !

Great! you got a pretty good deal: I could not find anything less than $900 plus shipping on eBay.

ps. I wonder if it is even legal what these small photo stores seem to be doing: they keep the lenses off their shelves to keep the demand high and sell them on e-bay for prices higher than MSRP. Isn't it price gouging? or it is just free market economy?
