I'm so excited! I came back from running errands and found an email that said I was a finalist at Betterphoto.com. I entered my Playtime Challenge Entry from here into their Celebration Contest/People Catagory and it was picked as a finalist! I AM SO EXCITED! I know, I know, I haven't won, they are still making the final decision but I can truly say it's an honor and a THRILL to be picked as a finalist! OMG!!

How come that sounds sarcastic? Well it's not, I just thersaurused (not a word but should be:) "congratulations" cause I wanted something different.
I like that photo very much, the expressions are priceless. Thanks for posting this exciting news because I have now learned about a new photography website, crap ... as if I don't spend enough time on this one. Really ... hopefully congrats for the win will be next. |

Deannda, huge congrats to you! I have entered many photos to them and never gotten that honor. At that site it is not easy to get picked as winner or finalist. So in my mind and finalist truly is a winner!

Thank you everyone! I did forget to say that it's because of all the help and advice and comments I've received here that I was able to take that shot and process it the way I did. Thank you to everyone who has ever commented and offered advice!
