I remember seeing an action or plugin that saved all the history snapshots to separate files, but now I can't find it.

Anyone have a URL?

I did see one when looking that would save up to 5. But I thought I had seen one that did them all. (I use a lot of snapshots!)

Thanks in advance.

Sorry if this doesn't answer you question, but if you are talking about Photoshop, there is a preference setting to save history in the file meta data or, i think a seperate file; no action needed.

I beleive it will save all history descriptions, not just the last X. BUT, this is just to help you identify what you did - it can't be used to undo at a later date.
