Every year I come up with my own Top 10 Movies of the year. Since I have kids and don't get to the movies very often, the list is often released in April or May as I'm waiting for many to come out on video.

Here's your chance to mention movies I haven't had a chance to see yet...

Movies I've seen (ordered by max # theaters released in reverse):
2046, The Wild Parrots of Telegraph Hill, Murderball, Enron: The Smartest Guys in the Room, Bride and Prejudice, Millions, Broken Flowers, The Constant Gardner, Crash, Kung Fu Hustle, March of the Penguins, The Interpreter, Wedding Crashers, The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, Bewitched, Be Cool, Sin City, Fever Pitch, Kicking and Screaming, Hitch, King Kong, Wallace and Gromit: Curse of the Were Rabbit, Star Wars: Episode III, Robots, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Chronicles of Narnia, Batman Begins, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, War of the Worlds, Madagascar.

Movies on the list to see:
Junebug, Mad Hot Ballroom, Capote, Munich, Good Night and Good Luck, The Producers, A History of Violence, Syriana, Serenity, Walk the Line, Zathura, Cinderella Man

OK, I'm open to suggestions. The Netflix queue is waiting...

What about the movie that won the oscar for:

Achievement in cinematography
Achievement in art direction
Achievement in costume design

You'll like it.....It's kinda like Million Dollar Baby but with a good ending instead of a depressing one, lol.

Ya faidoi, I don't know what to do with that mountain...Ang Lee is a great director and it may be a great movie, but the subject matter will cause pehaps too much conflict and I think I cannot step out of that enough to enjoy the film itself. I'm back and forth on it though.

Ong Bak & Tom Yum Goong especially for the martial arts.

Example

whoops...

Well, Memoirs didn't really get rave reviews, although I'll probably wind up watching it because Jenn read the book and wants to see it.

If I can find them, I'll post up pictures of them setting up for filming.

Just saw Jarhead which I liked and would recommend

I really liked Serenity.

I'd recommend watching Brokeback Mountain. Worst that will happen is you turn it off for whatever reason. Best is you'll like it.

Edit: I think Jarhead is to old for this list. I just realized. SOrry

King Kong, Sin City, and War of the Worlds were all some trash. I really didn't like any of them

Jarhead was pretty solid.

Wedding Crashers made me cry I was laughing so hard.

Star Wars was pretty mediocre.

I'd have to say the most enjoyable movie I was this past year was Wedding Crashers.

As I was sitting here feeding my netflix queue :-)

You might want to add Happy Endings & Sisterhood os Traveling Pants - neither going to consume much brain attention but okay. You had most of mine on the list already.

I thought Crash was good and didn't mind the Interpreter (but discount this a little if you don't like Nicole :). Star wars is better than the 1/2 or 4/5 if that helps any but they ain't in the class as the real first & second [I hate what they did to these cause now I have not a clue how to number them - I do by time and my kid does by the marketing 4,5,6,1,2,3].

Edit: Spelling, grammer and a star wars slag.
