Entered last week's challenge (Afterlife) after long hiatus and althouggh i made a good handful of comment during my voting I got only 2 comments on my entry. I've noticed this lack of commenting as a forum topic also, so yesterday I made the resolution to make more comments on images when voting and I can now report that I commented every image in the Education challenge! Sure it took more time, but isn't it nice to get more feedback (positive and negative) than just a number? I encourage everyone to join my push to comment more when you vote.

That's awesome!

I personally don't have the time to comment on 100%, but I do like to do my best to comment on what I can.

I also make a conscious effort not to comment exclusively on pics I like and give a detail of what I liked and possibly what I didn't like.

I try for 10% as a first milestone, then if I have time to go back and do some more, I try for 20%.

I think I got over 20% on the Best of 2005, but it burned me out. I still haven't even returned my comments to all of the people who commented on my pic yet....

I will though!!!

:)

I try to bite off only what I can chew these days.
