Was down on my stomach and there were skateboarders and bikers all around me, they were cool though and were acting up so I could get some shots.

nearly choked to death on an easter egg. now, that would have a been a REALLY stupid way to die.
playing with lamp oil and your skin is not the best of ideas
sitting on a child's swing as a bosun's chair, using a little point and shoot..
sadly, the most dangerous shot i have taken i don't have, as it was about 20 years ago, with film, and all my old shots are somewhere in my parent's basement.
but, i was in ottawa for christmas, and was taking pics down in rockcliffe park, below 21 bumps - a great sledding hill. i was walking down by the river, shooting the ice and rocks below, when i slipped and fell over the cliff. about 30-40 feet down.
i landed on the ice, and heard it crack. i hurt my butt, hip, and arms, but not so much i couldn't move. i got back up the cliff with no further mishaps, and limped home, somewhat chastened.
you know what i was worried about most as i lay on the cracking ice? of course you do... my camera. it was fine. i cushioned it with my body.

This is my most dangerous picture:
Luckily, I had on a long lens so didn't have to get too close to it! However, I was very wary as rattlesnakes can move very quickly when they want to. |

I say this one. She was probably this close to kicking my ass when I shot this. :P
Seriously, I haven't taken one photo that would qualify. The closest thing would be the photos I shot at Crawford, Texas during the Cindy Sheehan protests. The cops told us to leave after we refused to pick a side and stay there. We kept going from the Cindy side over to the Bush side and back and after a while both sides thought we were spies from the other camp.

I love that! :) Reminds me of some website awhile back where a guy would be in the crowd of protestors at various events with a sign that basically made fun of the group he pretended to be with. |

I fell through the river ice and ended up with this shot instead: |

I was the one in the pic, not taking it... but then I snapped some more of the other tigers in the area. This picture was taken by a monk who lived at the nature reserve. He was trembling almost as much as I was, because it had just rained and the tigers were not happy. I stood behind the tiger for 15 seconds, while he snapped a few photos, with nearby tigers looking at both of us as if we might taste good.
