I've decided that i need a new lens for my camera but i'm torn between these two.
Canon EF 28-300mm f/3.5-5.6 L IS USM Lens
Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8 L IS USM Lens
I am taking a lot of ski and snowboard photos at the moment and i want to take some surf pics over the summer. I am currently using a Sigma 70-300 4-5.6 APO Macro II.
I am getting some great photos now but in low light its not great. Also the autofocus is quite slow.
I like the sound of the 70-200 lens but i'm not sure that the zoom is big enough. I find i use 300 quite a lot. The lens sounds great though, very fast and crisp.
The 28-400 sounds good as well, but apparently is a bit soft towards the end of the zoom.
What do people think??

Personally, I'd go with 2.8, but that's because I shoot a lot of low light stuff.
